Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients
- 8 Whole Jalapenos
- 8 Slices bacon
- 60 g Cream Cheese (2 oz)
- 60 g Cheddar Cheese (2 oz) shredded
- 1 Tsp dried onion flakes
Instructions
- First, slice the jalapenos into half lengthways, and remove the seeds.
- Mix together the cheese, cream cheese and dried onion flakes, and spoon in between the jalapenos
- Take the slices of bacon, and gently wrap the jalapenos from head to tail. Place on a wire rack in the oven at 180C (355F) for 15-20 mins
- Turn up the heat on the oven in the last 5 mins, or even put on the broiler (grill) for an extra crispy outer layer if you so desire.

So if the serving is five halves or two whole and one half. You have the calories is 222 the fat is 18 g protein 12 and the carbs three is that the total for the 5 halves?
