This Keto Buffalo Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce is the perfect accompaniment to my crispy fried chicken wings. You’ll be surprised at how mild the blue cheese taste can be, especially if it’s usually not your preferred kind of dip.
This fantastic Keto Buffalo Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce is a mix of a whole bunch of delicious dairy products. Sour cream, greek yogurt and of course the wonderful smelly blue cheese. Blue cheese is especially good for wings as it gives a slight tang to the crunch of the whey protein batter, without any carby fillers or other such nonsense.
The best blue cheese to use for this recipe is the one you have in your fridge. It really doesn’t matter which type you use, as long as its blue, and cheese, you’re set to go! I used a danish blue cheese which I purchased from Coles here in Australia and only used one block (100g | 3.5 oz). Depending on the strength of your blue cheese, you might want to increase or decrease the amount. Just depends on how much you like a good blue cheese 😉
This keto blue cheese dip for wings has a creamy texture, which I really enjoy. It keeps in the fridge for around a week but tastes best either the day of or the day after making this batch.
You can half the recipe for a smaller amount. Its quite a large serving, and as shown in the pictures is only half the recipe. So if you think that looks enough for you, just half all of the ingredients using the servings calculator adjustment in the recipe box 🙂
Hope you enjoy the Keto Buffalo Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce and having an amazing dipping time!
