I was never left guessing or wondering what I needed to do. There is also a Facebook page where I have interacted with others on my weight loss journey. On that page we share our progress, give tips, and cheer each other along. I feel extra special when Aaron cheers along with us. Aaron also send me an email each week checking on my progress and offering support. This is great, it keeps me accountable and if I have any questions I just ask. He always replies promptly.

I have been pleased with everything this site has to offer. The recipes are easy to make and have real-world ingredients. Advice is presented in a gentle manner that makes one realize you are not alone and a better life is not only possible but easily obtained. Due to the time put in by Aaron on finding foods that are keto friendly, I don't miss any of the foods I used to eat. All the math is calculated with the nutrition making carb counting easy. My lifestyle change would have been a lot more difficult if not for Aaron. Using Aaron's easy to make recipes have changed my world, my weight, and the future of my health. I am passing the information to others. Aaron now has a considerable following in the USA. I am grateful for his efforts.

I have given this a 5 star rating because the information in these books alone is worth every cent. When you first start on a Keto diet you hunt the internet to find information but Aaron has all the information right here. He explains all about the different sugars, flours, bread that tastes like eggs etc. He has the best bread recipes and recipes that are tasty and easy to put together. A lot of people are put off by the amount of cooking or preparing for a Keto diet but you will not find this with Aaron's recipes. Sandy

I like the videos a lot as well as the cookbooks. Simple recipes with mostly cheap ingredients. The cookbooks have a lot of background information. One of them had a really great tip: do not despair when the weight does not drop, measure! My weight has not dropped for over two weeks, but my waist has slimmed up to almost half of my goal. I also like the visualizing of 50% veggies, 25% protein, and 25% fat. That makes life a lot easier! I also liked the bread baking experiment. That kind of videos helps make decisions of what to use. So thank you, Aaron! Please keep going on! Kind regards from The Netherlands.
