    I appreciate how Aaron’s goals are to help me set up good health habits, rather than just trying to lose weight. I can tell that he carefully considers each person’s needs and circumstances when making suggestions and setting up strategies. I initially signed on because he promotes and demonstrates how to nourish oneself with simple nutritious food. It is such a welcome approach from the barrage of emails and texts I get daily for KETO Pills, complex food plans and Keto treats.

    Aaron has a passion for what he does, and of course, what accompanies that is an indepth-knowlege, where he can pivot what will work for people on an individual basis taking into account who they are and what does/doesn’t work best for them. That is what coaching is about – it is individually tailored. Aaron excels. Not all people who call themselves ‘coaches’ have the ability that Aaron displays in spades. The other aspect that sets Aaron apart from Nutrition/weight loss/healthy eating coaches (whatever they call themselves) is that he is a evidence-based practitioner who is experienced in all aspects, from food selection, cooking, recipes, does what he advocates, so has that experiential knowledge and experience, which underpins all of his comments, suggestions, guidance and feedback, as he facilitates the mindset change needed for sustainability. Apart from all of that, he is simply a nice guy which means that the community of clients that he has established are supportive of each other and become knowledgeble in their own right, willing to share and help others in the community. I highly recommend Aaron as a coach.

    Never ceases to amaze me how much knowledge he has and how he keeps up with new information. Always has a way of saying something that resonates with you that a you can rely on later when things aren’t going so well.

    Aaron is a truly excellent coach. The structure and tools are fantastic but it’s not just about macros, it’s a wholistic approach towards making significant changes to many aspects of your health. He helps me think how I can break away from old habits and form new good habits, and he focuses on creating a realistic and sustainable path towards my goal weight. Each week there’s something new to learn or to be mindful of, and it’s super-handy too that he’s also a creator of yummy keto receipes so he’s great to talk to about keto food choices. Having a coach for accountability is important but it’s just as important to talk through challenges since life is full of them, and discussing things retrospectively with Aaron helps to think about handling similar situations in future. Aaron is incredibly knowledgable, warm, empathetic and kind, and it’s obvious that he cares about all his clients in the online community where we get to ask questions and share receipes and experiences. Aaron very positive and motivating and working with him has helped me so much. He’s a pretty awesome coach 🙂

    Hi Aaron – thank you so much for your support last Sunday – it made an impression for sure. Wanted to let you know I made it through the week at work and am now down to 168 pounds. Whew! Lots of hunger as I only ate one meal a day and did not have enough fat, but no/low carbs, no alcohol, and did not eat over the stress. Yeah! Now on to preparing for Denise’s visit. 🙂

    What a great person and coach Aaron is. He is so positive and love the fact he has tried things he is asking you to do or not do so he not only comes from a huge knowledge base but from experience as well. He has a great insight on what works, what doesn’t and explains why and what would be best to do. Fantastic approach.

    Aaron is a great coach. He keeps me grounded, on track & always has the answers to how I must incorporate all elements to a healthy eating program – its not just weight loss. One size does not fit all. Aaron continues to provide me with individual coaching that keeps me progressing forwards & he always makes me feel good. My healthy eating & lifestyle journey with him has been amazing. I highly recommend his programs.

    Aaron is a great Coach. He knows what he is talking about & is able to adjust your needs as you progress towards your weight loss goals & healthy eating.
    I am so impressed with his program that I have decided to continue with his Coaching on a monthly basis. Continuing with his support will underpin my long term goals of maintaining my healthy weight & lifestyle.
