Can you make this without fresh mint? Like an extract?

Sure! That would be nice too.

I made this and was shocked at how good it was. I had the first serving and left the second one in the fridge for the next day. The one in the fridge overnight actually turned out like a pudding! It was so good! I put a small amount of whip cream of whip cream on the top and ate it with a spoon. 🙂 The size of the avocado is the main variable. My avocados were small (76 grams peeled), so I used a whole one. Thanks for this awesome recipe!

Hi Aaron!
This recipe looks great!
Just a question, have you tried it without the strawberries? If so does it taste just as good? Just curious as this smoothie contains more carbs than my daily goal.
Thank you

It tastes just as good! secret ingredient? try adding some ginger to the mix 😉

Gabi,
If you’re doing a keto diet, and not eating more than 20-25 carbs per day, make sure you subtract the amount of fiber from the total carbs. So this would only have 4 net carbs per serving.
