Keto Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Berries (Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup heavy whipping cream (Coconut Cream Dairy Free)
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend on high for 30 seconds – 1 min until frothy on top.

I haven’t tried it yet but it sounds wonderful! Could I use a healthy substitute for the avocados? Something with a longer shelf life would really help.

I do not use heavy cream I only use unsweetened almond milk, I am a diabeticcan what is a good heaven cream? Can Greek yogurt be used?
