Keto Cashew Butter

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Roasted Cashews 1 lb
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 4 Tbsp MCT Oil (optional)
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Place the roasted cashews into a food processor, and blend until a rough paste. (1-2 mins max)
  • Add in the coconut oil, salt, and the MCT oil (for added performance benefits), into the food processor, and blend until smooth.
  • Keep in the fridge or cupboard in a air tight container.
