Ingredients
- 1 Cup Black Coffee
- 5 Tbsp Butter 75g / 2.5 oz
- 5 Tbsp MCT Oil 75ml / 2.5 floz
- 1 Tbsp Gelatine
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a heat proof blender (like making a keto coffee)
- Pour the liquid into ice cube trays (should fill 16 small cubes). Its best if the ice cube trays have silicone on the bottom, otherwise you might have a hard time removing the jellies once they cool.
- Place in the fridge for 5 hours. Can be kept in the tray, or in a separate container.

I don’t have the silicone bottomed ice cube trays, so I made it in a 9” square pan lines with parchment and cut it into 16 blocks. Worked like a charm.
