Keto Coffee Gummies

Keto coffee (or bulletproof coffee) can easily be made into keto coffee gummies with the simple addition of gelatine. These travel-friendly gummies pack some serious energy into every bite, and honestly taste amazing. You can optionally add some peppermint extract to the mix, which I highly suggest if you love recipes like peppermint patties (mint slices here in AUS).

I don’t have the silicone bottomed ice cube trays, so I made it in a 9” square pan lines with parchment and cut it into 16 blocks. Worked like a charm.

Is there a difference between using MCT oil and regular coconut oil?

Yes -> mct oil is mega energy boosting, while coconut oil is more anti viral / anti fungal.

If it’s essentially just bp coffee and gelatine – is it actually chewy? I would have thought theyd be more like jelly consistency – wobbly but soft and not chewy?

Could I substitute coconut oil for the MCT oil? I’m also wondering if it would work to add in a bit of stevia. Thanks!!

Hi, are you using powdered gelatin packets and do you dissolve it first or just sprinkle it in?

I used Great Lakes Gelatine, and it should dissolve in the hot coffee.
