I have borderline high cholesterol. Is this going to be bad for me? Just ordered some.

I’m wondering about your calorie count.. 1 tablespoon of your coconut oil has 130 calories, times two, is 260. Plus 1tablespoon butter-at least 100, and 33 calories for 1 teaspoon of mct oil. That’s 393 calories, not 248.
Can you please explain?
