Keto Teriyaki Tofu is a surprisingly easy ketogenic meal that is easy to prepare and tastes great. If you are okay with eating soy, then tofu is a great way to incorporate protein into a vegetarian keto diet.
Made on a bed of cauliflower rice, this dish is deliciously simple. Recently I found cauliflower rice here in Australia at coles, (and Woolworths) so go ahead and grab as much as you need, and save yourself the trouble of cutting up the cauliflower into rice-sized pieces. An alternative, if you have a food processor, ricing cauliflower is super easy.
Winter is a perfect time to enjoy Keto Teriyaki Tofu, but since it’s so Zesty, It’s able to be enjoyed any time of the year.
