Keto Toasted Cheese Sandwich
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 30 g Cheddar Cheese 1 oz
- Using a square glass container, mix together the coconut flour, almond flour, egg, baking powder and butter.
- Press flat into the bottom of the container and microwave for 90 seconds.
- Remove from container, cut in half and butter all sides of the bread.
- Place cheese in the middle of the bread, heat up a frying pan to high and cook for 3 mins each side.
