Keto Yellow Beef Curry
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 250 g Diced Beef (1/2 lb)
- 2 Tbsp Yellow Curry Paste
- 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 10 Green Beans
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 200 ml Coconut Cream (6.5 oz)
- 1 tsp Erythritol optional
Instructions
- Dice your beef if you have bought gravy steak or rump steak and place it in a frying pan on high heat with 1 Tbsp Coconut oil.
- Turn until all sides of the beef are brown. This should take around 5 minutes.
- Add the coconut cream, yellow curry paste, kefier lime leaves and the green beans, and cook for 10 mins on low.
- Finally, add the fish sauce, lime juice and erythritol, and mix together well.
- Serve with Riced Cauliflower (for you) and jasmine rice for the others.
