All the necessary items for an essential ketogenic kitchen. Simple multi-use items with some nice upgrades that will make your cooking experience great.

Essentially Keto – USE CODE “FFWL ” FOR DISCOUNTS These guys are from Australia and are pretty much the only ketogenic bar I recommend. They do a great job at making them taste delicious, even though they are so healthy! My favorite is the new Fat Drops (salted caramel) which simply taste divine.
Global Knives – If you are looking for the most important item in the kitchen to upgrade, then these knives are your first choice. If you find that you are nervous about cutting yourself in the kitchen, then get yourself a set of decent knives. You are far more accurate with sharper knives. I would not live without these knives. Global knives are made from Japanese Steel and are built tough.
Bowl Scrapers – Having a bowl scraper is a fantastic upgrade, and super handy when trying to use every last bit of the recipe ingredients. I have one of these handy, as its especially good for anything mixed in a bowl that is served for 2 people.
ALMOND FLOUR – Ketogenic recipes always call for Almond Flour!
COCONUT FLOUR – Ketogenic Recipes tent to include Coconut Flour. It contains a few more carbs, but more dietary fiber, so the net carbs works out to be the same.
COCONUT OIL – Coconut oil is the best ingredient you can buy. It’s good for your skin, hair, and belly!
NOW Foods MCT 100% OIL – MCT oil is important on a ketogenic diet, especially if you exercise regularly or are attempting to lose weight. MCT’s are metabolized very quickly in the liver and encourage an increase in energy expenditure while decreasing fat storage.
NOW FOODS MAGNESIUM CAPSULES, 180 CAPSULES / 400MG – Magnesium is an essential supplement to the ketogenic diet. Due to the insulin response to living a low carbohydrate diet, your body will excrete water. You can get magnesium from your diet if you eat plenty of dark green leafy vegetables, but you won’t get enough to combat the initial electrolyte shortage.
