The recipes are simple and easy to prepare, with easy to find ingredients, all using one pan meaning less washing up.
The recipes are thankfully in two portions, easy to make for dinner with left overs for lunch.
There are instructions for scaling the recipes up if you are cooking for more than one person and of course the most important point is the recipes are tasty and delicious!
