Cheese And Salami Kebabs

Cheese and salami kebabs are super easy lunch sticks which make the individual ingredients a little bit more interesting. The super lazy way would be to just put all of these ingredients on a plate and serve for lunch… but that wouldn’t be any fun.

Cheese is on the menu this week, so I went a little bit crazy. Bocconcini, camembert, cheddar and salami all make great combinations as they all hold such different flavours.

The tomatoes provide a great texture, complimenting the softer cheese and olive combinations. These kebab sticks are even great for an easy family meal… the kids would have so much fun spearing all the ingredients onto the kebab sticks!

Deliciously Keto Friendly

 

This week I’ve formulated recipes all around cheese. This means that all the recipes coming out this week will include a few different types of cheeses, but they will be just as delicious!

These recipes are not as simple as the previous 2 weeks (which starred bacon, eggs and chicken), but sometimes it’s nice to prepare a celebratory meal that is great to show off to your friends!

Ketogenic food can be very simple, and for most of the week it should be kept simple to avoid confusion and falling back into old habits. This website has plenty of simple recipes, so if you’re looking for something simple, then have a look around!

Less ingredients means more time of the important things in life. The additional ingredients in this recipe are mostly for decoration, and are not entirely necessary for your ketogenic lifestyle.
