  1. Place the linseeds into a bowl, with the smoked paprika and salt, fill with water until the seeds a covered. Rest overnight in the fridge
  2. On a large baking tray, thinly spread out the linseed mixture, ensuring that the seeds are no more than 1 or 2 seeds in depth. (thinner the better)
  3. Cook at 90 C for 4 hours, or 180 C for 40 minutes. (longer and slower give you a better result, but not everyone has time for that)
  4. Remove from the oven once all moisture has been cooked out, and slice into cracker sized bites.
