Keto Bacon Omelette
Ingredients
- 3 Large Eggs
- 30 g Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 2 Slices bacon
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan to medium high heat, wait until you can feel the heat by hovering your hand 5 centimetres above the pan.
- Place the bacon in the pan and cook until crispy.
- In a regular bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Remove the bacon along with as much grease as possible (use or save it). Pour in the whisked eggs.
- Cook for approximately 3-4 mins, place the cheese and bacon on one half of the Omelette and flip one side over onto the cheese and bacon. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.

I make this daily tbh, but I do things a little differently, in that I leave the bacon grease in there. I also use a variety of cheese as I don’t like the same thing over and over again. I also add in garlic powder, pepper, curry powder, paprika and Italian seasoning. When I move, I live with a friend atm and food is pretty much microwave or grill…I intend to add green onions.

How is this recipe 4 servings and 2.9 carbs? A large egg has 0.6 carbs so where are the other carbs coming from? Love your recipes and your Youtube channel. Thanks,
