Ingredients
  • 500g Beef MinceGround Beef
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp Pepper
  • 1tbsp Corrianderchopped (cilantro)
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (355 F)
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients with the ground beef
  3. Roll them into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (baking paper)
  4. Cook for 20 mins, turning every 10 mins until desired.
  5. Alternatively, Pan fry the meatballs. (Cover with a lid to capture the heat all around).
