Keto Pancakes with Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cream Of Tatar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Erythritol (SoNourished)
- 2 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Using two mixing bowls, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, putting the egg whites in a glass mixing bowl.
- Whisk the egg whites until white and fluffy. (1-2 mins). Add the cream of tatar and continue mixing until white peaks form.
- In the second bowl, mix the remaining ingredients into the egg yolks.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the main mixture and place a frying pan on medium high heat.
- Pouring the mixture into the pan, and flip once bubbles are visible on the top of the pancake.
- Serve with your favourite low carb toppings.
