  1. Chop the marshmallows and gummy bears into 3/4-inch ( 2 cm) pieces. Place into an 8-inch x 8-inch (20 cm x 20 cm) dish.
  2. Add the hazelnuts and shredded coconut to the dish and mix until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Melt the chocolate and pour over the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
Recipe Notes

The brand of sugar-free confectionary that mum used was a brand called Double’D’ and it can be found in Woolworths supermarkets here in Australia. The chocolate she used was also sweetened with stevia, so if you love a sweeter version of chocolate, then I suggest you use stevia-sweetened chocolate as well. Bakers chocolate tends to be easier for people to get, but you can mix it with a sweetener of your choice to yield very similar results.
