Low Carb Raspberry Jam –Â Sugar Free Raspberry Jam
Sugar free low carb raspberry jam is very simple to make. It tastes great, relatively cheap and goes well on any type of Keto Bread.
As a kid, I always remember eating peanut butter and jam sandwiches. The jam was so sweet, that it would feel like I had jammed a few lollies into my sandwich.
When I got older, I’d make two different types of sandwiches. One type with chicken, avocado and mayonnaise, and the other with peanut butter and jam. To save time in order to get out into the sun fastest, I would eat both at the same time… and you know what? Don’t knock it until you try it!
My grandma would make jam out on her farm in central queensland. Later on, she also bought cotties jam, and it was never the same! It’s funny how no sugar jams actually taste really good, because you get the full flavour of the fruit without being so disguised by the sugar. A sugarless jam in my mind actually tastes better.
Berries are okay on the ketogenic diet in small quantities. The sugar content is relatively low as there is good fibre and vitamins and minerals that come from the fruits, less sugar than other fruits such as bananas and oranges, but not quite as low as fruits such as tomatoes and eggplants.
If you can find a yoghurt that is low is sugar, this jam makes and awesome mix in through a plain Greek yoghurt. A raspberry jam without sugar can also be spread on my keto banana bread.
You can use any sort of berry you like for this recipe. Strawberry jam without sugar, Blueberry sugar free jam, low carb raspberry jam or even sugarless boysenberry jam. The choice is yours, so get creative and start making some fantastic jam your you and your family.
Make sure that the carbohydrate intake doesn’t exceed your personal allocation, because otherwise it is not worth it!

Why use an artificial sweetner at all Aaron?
Denise says
Natvia or Swerve (Erythritol) is not an artificial sweetner. It is a healthy sugar substitute.

Hi Aaron, Thanks for all the great recipes! How much is one serving?
FatForWeightLoss says
Split the recipe into how many servings I have suggested. I only used about a TBS for myself.
