The island of Capri is off the western side of Italia, in the Tyrrhenian Sea. If you were to imagine Italy as a leg and a boot, it would be just above where the top of the boot meets the leg. Its population is only 12,000, however the Island is relatively small, spanning 10kms2.
This Tomato Mozzarella Salad recipe is safe to eat on the ketogenic diet, but watch for added sugars in your balsamic dressing. Try to get a dry balsamic with no added sugar for best results. Also watch for the ripeness of the tomatoes, as this can play a factor in how much of the fruit can be turned to fructose. It contains 1% carbohydrates per 100g, so try not to eat any more than 100-300g of tomato. at a time to stay under the 5gs of carbs per meal rule.
And yes, tomato is a fruit! Crazy!.
Tomatoes are a part of the nightshade family, so keep this in mind if you’ve been tested for allergic reactions related to night shade vegetables. In some people, these fruits can cause unwanted and undetected irritations. If you think tomatoes are making you sick, please see your doctor.

Great Keto recipe ! Mozzarella is a fermented ch ese so more digestible than normal cheese. If you are intolerant to dairymozzarella try buffalo mozzarella which is an A2 type of milk again more digestible than normal cows milk . I’m going to make this with buffalo mozzarella. Yum ???
