It’s not often that the gluten-free, low carb version of the real thing is quicker to make, but in this case, zucchini noodles definitely beat the pants out of normal pasta. You can eat them raw, or cooked in the sauce that you make them in. I love these noodles with sauces such as bolognese, carbonara or Milanese.
