It’s that time of year where we all love to either make keto holiday cookies, eat cookies or hide cookies from others so we can have them all to ourselves…

Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies (classic)
These cookies are your classic, chocolate chip cookie. I’ve had so much great feedback from adults and kids alike. “Mum, they taste like real cookies!” is my favourite 😉
If you only make one batch of cookies this year, these are the ones to make. Be sure to read the full recipe, since I’ve compiled all my tips and tricks to make them flatten and swap with sugar substitutes (like stevia or xylitol etc). Its always best to use erythritol, but sometimes your local store doesn’t have it.

p.s.s. these keto holiday cookies can also become a skillet cookie, and can also be done in the microwave for 1 minute using this recipe.
Peanut Butter Cookies (for nut butter lovers)

These keto holiday cookies are seriously the best low carb peanut butter cookies you’ll ever try. They didn’t last long in my house… Because I ate them all… in 2 days. Please make sure that you keep them under lock and key, because these healthy peanut butter cookies are seriously good, but pack a pretty big calorie punch.
Oleic acid is a common monounsaturated fat in peanut butter. Monounsaturated fat consumption has been associated with decreased low-density lipoprotein (LDL i.e. bad) cholesterol and possibly increased high-density lipoprotein (HDL i.e. good) cholesterol.
Gingerbread Cookies

To make the perfect gingerbread men, I had to go back and refresh my memory to making the real deal with molasses, dark brown sugar and wheat flour. Only then was I able to develop the very best keto gingerbread cookie, with the right consistency, mouthfeel and spice mix that represented the perfect keto gingerbread cookie.
Admittedly, these keto holiday cookies are a little soft to work with, which makes a super soft inside, but can be a little frustrating to actually bake. If you push past the initial hurdle of cutting them out, then you’ll really love what they taste like.

The base of these keto holiday cookies are exactly the same as my keto chocolate chip cookies, just without the chocolate chips, and add in some more almond flour and sugar-free maple syrup.
Sorry to ruin the surprise for you guys. However, don’t underestimate the copycat essence of this recipe, in fact, those chocolate chip cookies were voted best recipe on my website to date, so what are you waiting for? Go and fire up those oven flames and cast your hands into gloves of steel ready to whip these bad boys together in a split.
