Low Carb Mason Jar Ice Cream
This easy low carb mason jar ice cream is the perfect way to make a low car dessert if you don't have an ice cream maker. Just a mason jar, and a little freezing time does the trick.

Ingredients

heavy whipping cream
4 fl oz or 1/2 cup

scoop
Atkins chocolate protein powder
150
ml
Atkins vanilla protein shake
5 fl oz or 2/3 cup
Instructions
Place a medium-sized mason jar on a scale to weigh the ingredients. Alternatively, use the cup measurements.
Place the cream, protein powder and protein drink into the jar.
Cover and shake the jar for 2 minutes until thick and well combined.
Freeze for 4 hours.
Eat straight from the jar or place into a cup or bowl for easy scooping.
