Keto Egg Roll In A Bowl

Ingredients

cabbage, shredded
1
lb
Ground Beef
1
medium
red pepper
1
jalapeno pepper
optional for a spicy bowl

small
onions

Tbsp
ghee
2
Tbsp
Sesame Oil
1
Tbsp
Chilli Sauce
sugar free
1/4
cup
tamari sauce
2
Tbsp
chopped scallions
Cilantro and lime for garnish
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and cook until done.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
To the pan, add the ghee. When melted, add the onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add in red pepper and jalapeno pepper if you are using it.
Cook for 3 minutes, then add in the cabbage.
Cook until cabbage starts to wilt.
In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil, chili sauce, tamari sauce scallions and cilantro.
Add beef back to pan and mix.
Pour sauce over mixture and mix well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
