Sprigs
Rosemary

Cloves
garlic
crushed
Instructions
Use a knife to make small cuts in the meat.
Rub meat with oil.
Insert sprigs of rosemary into the cuts.
Bake at 180C (350F) for 1.5 hours for medium-rare meat.
Rest the meat for 15 minutes before carving
