Keto Noodles, Shirataki Noodles or Miracle Noodles (Konjac Noodles) all go by very similar names, but many people don't know how you make them taste delicious.
Remove the noodles from the packaging by pouring them into a fine sieve over the sink. Rince with tap water for 1-2 mins until the noodles are thoroughly rinsed.
Heat a non stick frying pan to a medium heat, place the noodles into the pan and cook for approximately 8 minutes, or until the noodles turn a white colour, and have had most of the liquid evaporate from the noodles.
pour a little olive oil through the noodles to let them have some fluid motion. Serve with your favourite sauce.
