Ingredients

Red Chillies
Chopped

Diced Tomato

Cup
Erythritol
1/4
Cup
White Wine Vinegar

Cloves
Garlic
crushed

teaspoon
ginger
crushed
1/2
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer, stirring frequently for 7 mins.
Remove from the heat and place into a glass container. Keep refrigerated.
