Keto Pancakes with Maple Syrup

  • Using two mixing bowls, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, putting the egg whites in a glass mixing bowl.
  • Whisk the egg whites until white and fluffy. (1-2 mins). Add the cream of tatar and continue mixing until white peaks form.
  • In the second bowl, mix the remaining ingredients into the egg yolks.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the main mixture and place a frying pan on medium high heat.
  • Pouring the mixture into the pan, and flip once bubbles are visible on the top of the pancake.
  • Serve with your favourite low carb toppings.
