Keto Pancakes with Maple Syrup

Ingredients

Coconut Flour
1/2
Cup
Almond Flour

tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
Cream Of Tatar
1
tsp
Vanilla Extract

Eggs

teaspoons
Erythritol (SoNourished)

Tbsp
water
Instructions
Using two mixing bowls, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, putting the egg whites in a glass mixing bowl.
Whisk the egg whites until white and fluffy. (1-2 mins). Add the cream of tatar and continue mixing until white peaks form.
In the second bowl, mix the remaining ingredients into the egg yolks.
Gently fold the egg whites into the main mixture and place a frying pan on medium high heat.
Pouring the mixture into the pan, and flip once bubbles are visible on the top of the pancake.
Serve with your favourite low carb toppings.
