There is a tendency to wrap everything in bacon when you first start keto, and this keto bacon wrapped chicken tenders recipe is no exception. They make a delicious snack or an easy dinner, combined with a dollop of sour cream.

- 250 g Bacon Strips (8.5 oz)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Making sure that the chicken tenders are at room temperature, wrap the chicken in the bacon strips. The moist chicken should hold the bacon, but if not feel free to use skewers.
Place on a baking rack that sits over a baking tray, and place in a preheated 180C (355F) oven for 25 mins.
