Keto Guacamole
Guacamole is a dip based from avocado, the ketogenic saviour ingredient. It was first developed by the Aztecs in Mexico, and later integrated into the south American cuisine.

Ingredients

avocados
ripe

cup
Sour Cream

small onion
diced
1
small tomato
diced
1
lime
juice
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Slice avocados in half and remove the pit.
Place avocados into a medium bowl and mash and stir until moderately creamy.
Add the sour cream, diced onion and tomatoes to the avocados.
Add salt, pepper and lime juice and taste
