Chicken and Bacon Lettuce Cups with Creamy Coriander Sauce
Chicken lettuce cups can be easily made with a few large leafs of an iceberg lettuce. They make great ingredient baskets for ketogenic friendly ingredients.

Ingredients

Chicken Breast
3
Lettuce Leafs
3
Chery Tomatoes
1
Tbsp
Red Onion
3
Tbsp
Mayonnaise
1
Tbsp
Coriander
Chopped
Salt and Pepper

Tbsp
Sesame Seed Oil
Instructions
Place the chicken breast on a baking tray, cover with some sesame seed oil and bake @ 180° C (375° F) for 20 mins
Cut 3 large leaves of iceberg lettuce from the stalks to make cups. Slice up the tomatoes and red onion and fill the inside of the cup
Slice the breast into small chunks and place inside the lettuce leafs.
Mix the mayonnaise with the coriander, add a little sesame seed oil and drip over the lettuce cups. Cover with salt and pepper and enjoy!
