Most things in this world are made better with bacon. This bacon wrapped avocado will make your friends jealous enough to want to live at your house forever
Cut Avocado in half and carve out enough of the inside to fit an egg inside
Remove the eggs from a pot of boiling water, peel the shell and insert the egg into the avocado. Place 4 strips of bacon overlapping each other, and wrap the avocado.
wrap the last piece of bacon around the top and bottom of the avocado and place in a pan on medium. If you find the bacon doesn't stick, use some bamboo skewers. Fry for 10 minutes or so, turning constantly. Start by cooking the loose ends of bacon first.
