Open the Protein Bread Co Muffin Mix and place the contents into a large mixing bowl.
Add the eggs and milk, mix until smooth. Fold the berries into the mixture and pour into muffin tins. Should make 8 Big muffins, or 6 Big muffins and 4 small muffins.
Bake for 24 mins at 180 degrees C (360 f)
