Place the baby spinach and sliced lettuce leaves of your choice into a bowl.
Mix together the Olive oil, balsamic and lemon juice in a small jar. Shake the jar vigorously until all components are combined. Cover the lettuce with the dressing and mix until combined.
Slice the strawberries, goats cheese and walnuts. Cover the lettuce leaves with these ingredients as shown.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve fresh.
