Instructions
Wash your zucchinis, and cut the root end off the zucchini so you have a flat surface to attach your spiralizer to
You can also optionally remove the skin if you desire, but I always keep it on for extra fibre.
Using either a hand spiralizer, or a large bench top spiralizer, place the flat side into the blades of the device, and begin to twirl.
The middle core should come out clean, and your zucchini noodles are ready to use.
Add to your favorite pasta or noodle soup by mixing into the pan 2 minutes before the dish is ready to be served.
