Keto Dark Chocolate
This is the Lindt chocolate of the keto world. It's honestly one of the best keto chocolates I've tasted, hands down. I'm not biased... just proud!

Ingredients

Cup
Coconut Oil
1/2
Cup
Cocoa Powder
3
Tbsp
Powdered Erythritol
1/2
tsp
Vanilla Extract
pinch
Salt
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan, adding in the cocoa powder, erythritol, salt and vanilla extract.
Pour into the chocolate mold (I got 2 molds out of this mixutre)
Place in the freezer on a level shelf until solid.
