Keto Toast with Butter and Jam
Keto Toast with sugar-free jam is my favorite little breakfast treat when you're feeling like being a normal person who doesn't just eat eggs and bacon all day long. It's so nice and crunchy, I just know you're love Keto toast delicious recipe.

Ingredients
Bread:
1
Tablespoon
Coconut Flour
1/4
Cup
Almond Flour
1
Egg
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
1
tablespoon
butter
Jam:
1
cups
strawberries
1 1/2
tbsp
Lemon Juice
1
Tablespoon
Erythritol
1
tablespoon
Chia Seeds
ground
Instructions
Bread:
Place all the ingredients into a mug. Mix until combined with a fork. Microwave for 90 seconds. Cut and enjoy.
Jam:
Place the berries into a saucepan or bowl, and mash with a potato masher (or a fork).
Add in the lemon juice and chia seeds and place on the stove.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 min.
Add in the sweetener and remove from the stove. Let it cool and place in jam jars.
