Ingredients

Roasted Cashews

Coconut Oil

Tbsp
MCT Oil
(optional)

Salt
Instructions
Place the roasted cashews into a food processor, and blend until a rough paste. (1-2 mins max)
Add in the coconut oil, salt, and the MCT oil (for added performance benefits), into the food processor, and blend until smooth.
Keep in the fridge or cupboard in a air tight container.
