Keto Coconut Slice

Desiccated Coconut
Unsweetened
1/2
Cup
Salted Butter
Melted
1/4
Cup
Erythritol
Instructions
Place the desiccated coconut into a medium sized mixing bowl
Melt the butter, and add the erythritol to the mixture, stirring through
Combine the three ingredients, and line a loaf baking tin with partchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the tin, and press down firmly all around to create a level top. Freeze for an hour and enjoy.
