Keto French Onion Soup - Keto French Food
Onion soups were considered for the poor, as onions grew easily and became a staple. Modern versions of the keto French onion soup originates from Paris.

Ingredients

Butter

Brown Onion
Medium

Natvia (Or Erythritol)
4 drops stevia, or erythritol

Tbsp
olive oil

Beef Stock
Instructions
In a medium large pot, put the butter and olive oil over medium low heat. Add onions and 1tsp Salt. (onions chopped)
Cook uncovered, stirring often for 20 mins or until onions are golden brown. Stir in the stevia and cook for another 5 mins.
Add the stock to the saucepan and cook. Reduce to a low heat and simmer for 25 mins.
Ladle into soup bowls and serve!
