Sugar Free Raspberry Jam
Sugar free low carb raspberry jam is very simple to make. It tastes great, relatively cheap and goes well on any type of Keto Bread.

Ingredients

cups
raspberries
frozen
4
tbsp
Lemon Juice
¼
cup
Natvia
or Erythritol

tbsp
Chia Seeds
ground
Instructions
Place the berries into a hard bottomed saucepan or bowl, and mash with a potato masher (or a fork).
Add in the lemon juice and chia seeds and place on the stove.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 min.
Add in the sweetener and remove from the stove. Let it cool and place in jam jars.
Enjoy with some keto banana bread!
