Keto Spaghetti Bolognese is a mix of delicious tomato based beef mince (ground beef) mixed with the greatest ingredient to befall the ketogenic diet.... Miracle Noodles!
Add the 500g Mince into a frying pan (1lb) and cook until slightly brown. Add the Garlic, Worcestershire sauce and Italian Herbs and cook for 1 min.
Pour in the passata sauce and diced tomatoes, simmering for 10 Mins
In this time, take the miracle noodles and drain the water (I used a sieve). Wash them slightly and place them inside a light cloth to completely drain the water out
In a second frying pan, dry fry the noodles for about 2 mins. This will cook the noodles and remove the excess water.
You can either serve with the noodles plain, or mix the noodles into the sauce. Top with parmesan cheese, sever and enjoy!
