Add 1 cup of cheese to a bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. Add in an egg and almond flour and mix well with a fork.
Put the mixture between two sheets of grease proof paper and roll out. Make sure the mixture is not too thin otherwise the sausage meat will expand and break the outside. Put the sausage meat on the inside and roll! Add to the oven and cook for 15 mins @ 180C / 350 F
