Ingredients
Bread:

Tablespoon
Coconut Flour
1/4
Cup
Almond Flour
1
Egg
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
1
tablespoon
Butter
Filling

Tablespoon
Butter

Cheddar Cheese
1 oz
Instructions
Using a square glass container, mix together the coconut flour, almond flour, egg, baking powder and butter.
Press flat into the bottom of the container and microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove from container, cut in half and butter all sides of the bread.
Place cheese in the middle of the bread, heat up a frying pan to high and cook for 3 mins each side.
Enjoy.
