Keto Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Whole Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup Mint Chopped
  • 2 Cup Coconut Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 tsp Erythritol optional
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (Optional Awesome Addition For Flavour)

Instructions

  • Remove pit and skin from avocado.
  • Slice the mint into manageable portions for your particular blender.
  • Place remaining ingredients into your blender, and blend on high for 30 seconds – 1 min.
