Coconut Oil

Yellow Curry Paste

Kaffir Lime Leaves

Coconut Cream
(6.5 oz)

Instructions
Dice your beef if you have bought gravy steak or rump steak and place it in a frying pan on high heat with 1 Tbsp Coconut oil.
Turn until all sides of the beef are brown. This should take around 5 minutes.
Add the coconut cream, yellow curry paste, kefier lime leaves and the green beans, and cook for 10 mins on low.
Finally, add the fish sauce, lime juice and erythritol, and mix together well.
Serve with Riced Cauliflower (for you) and jasmine rice for the others.
