Nut Free 90 Second Keto Bread - Sesame Seed Keto Bread

This recipe is all about making Nut Free Keto Bread in 90 seconds using sesame seed flour. Most people who are allergic to nuts are also allergic to coconut (which most other recipes use), So I decided to go 100% un-nutty and use sesame seeds. I hope you love it!

  • 1/4 Cup Sesame Seed Flour (sukrin brand or ground sesame seeds)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt


  • Place the sesame seed flour and the baking powder into a mug. Mix together.
  • With room temperature butter, add the butter, egg and salt to the mug and mix together well.
  • Microwave for 90 seconds (or bake in the oven for 15 mins). Enjoy.
