Tomato Mozzarella Salad
The tomato and mozzarella salad is classically known as a Caprese Salad, coming from Capri, in Italy. Its roots have been well established in the Italian culture, and is served usually as an Antipasto (entrée) as opposed to a side dish.

Ingredients

medium tomatoes
1/2
lb
fresh mozzarella cheese
250g
1/2
cup
basil leaves
3
tablespoons
olive oil
4
teaspoons
balsamic vinegar
sugar free
Sea Salt
Instructions
Cut up the tomatoes and mozzarella into large slices.
Place 1 slice of tomato with another mozzarella, and then add a slice of basil.
drizzle w/ vinegar and olive oil.
Sprinkle with a little salt.
Chill for at least one hour.
